benefits
Ollie?s 100% pure Nilgiri Eucalyptus oil is made from Eucalyptus trees that were born and raised in the Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu, India. These trees trace their ancestry back to Australia.
Whenever flu season rolls around and I wake up feeling all stuffy-nosed, I love using eucalyptus oil to help ease nasal congestion.
When diluted, it can also disinfect wounds and apply to the skin to relieve symptoms of arthritis and skin ulcers.
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, eucalyptus oil can soothe a damaged scalp and thus promote healthy hair growth. It is also a good disinfectant and is also great for calming skin irritation.

How to Use
Eucalyptus is very often used therapeutically because of its high eucalyptol content. It is very useful in the treatment of respiratory problems, wounds, muscle pain, mental exhaustion, dental care, skin care, diabetes, fever, and intestinal germs.
As eucalyptus is great for easing nasal congestion, you can diffuse it or inhale it gently, diluted with hot water to create steam. See below for Ollie?s favourite nose-clearing diffuser blend!
Or, you can also add it to a carrier oil for a soothing massage to banish muscle pain and mental exhaustion.
It may also be used topically or in a spritzer as an insect repellent.
EUCALYPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER BLEND
2 drops of nilgiri eucalyptus oil
2 drops of clove bud oil
2 drops of orange oil
Sourced from
Ollie's 100% pure eucalyptus essential oil is extracted from the Eucalyptus globulus tree, which is native to Australia (like most of the eucalyptus family).
I source this eucalyptus oil from trees cultivated in the Nilgiri Blue Mountain range of Southern India.
Caution
Important! Do not ingest eucalyptus essential oil as it is toxic.
Eucalyptus oil is very potent, so take care to use it sparingly. Do not use it directly on the skin; always make sure to dilute it will with a carrier oil.
While eucalyptus essential oil is great for clearing stuffy noses, it is not a substitute for actual medication. If you are unwell, please see a doctor!
