Ollie’s 100% pure Australian Tea Tree essential oil comes from tea tree bushes grown in New South Wales in Eastern Australia, the native home of this remarkable plant. Tea tree thrives in water-rich floodplains, and when its leaves fall, they tint the surrounding waters a rich “tea” colour – hence the name, and the folklore of “healing lakes.”
It takes around 63kg of leaves to produce just 1kg of oil, so every drop is precious. Ollie partners only with growers that use sustainable and ethical farming practices. Every incoming batch is GC-tested for colour, aroma, and composition – ensuring only oils of the highest purity and potency make it into an Ollie bottle.
Australian tea tree oil has a fresh, bracing, and medicinal scent with sharp camphor notes. Think eucalyptus, pine, and a touch of mint woven together – clean, earthy, and revitalizing.
