Caution

Never use any essential oil directly on your skin. Always dilute. Dilution ratio: 1 drop of Mexican Lime oil in a 10ml bottle 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle of carrier oil. If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of Mexican Lime oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew. Best carrier oil pairing: Mexican Lime oil blends well with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil. It also goes well with other carrier oils such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil.
